phdream12 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdream12 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your phdream12 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
